UFC - The Ultimate Fighter - Heavyweights
Who's been watching?
1st Episode was last sat, channel Five USA at 23.05.
From the first episode, its clear Kimbo is going to be the main attraction.
He is marmite to most people, but I think UFC needs this kind of shamless promotion to evolve.
I've just downloaded episode 2, so I haven't got to watch it at that awkward time. Will watch tonight

Rampage seems the best of an average bunch at the moment
Kimbo got beat in 14 seconds by a decent BJJ middleweight (and a big American Cop)
I think its too commercial now..look at early UFC or those Pride fights for decent Mixed martial arts

Is it Kimbo slice that is fighting ??
Seen him beat quite a few times, once by a tall skiny irish guy who must have been well under half Kimbo's bodyweight..
Lenny Mclean would have done the lot of em.

Didn't know that, if anything, Kimbo reminds me of a modern day Mr T.
Yes it is Kimbo Slice. The one thing he has is marketabilty (is that even a word?). So his war of words with Dana White is getting attention.
I agree with skid, it is very commercial now. It seems anyone thats had a drunken brawl fancies a go now, not neccesarily in the UFC, but in MMA as a whole. But it was the Tank Abbotts of this world that made it more exciting to watch.

Wtf? The same guy who has lost 3 out of 4 fights since back in the UFC. Also the guy who got taken out by Franklin who has already been given two *** whoopings by Anderson.
Was gutted to hear about Rampage as would have loved to seen him fight Evans.

Isn't Rampage fighting Rashad at the end?
Thought that was always the point, the 2 coaches face off at the end?
Only seen the first episode so far, very poor fight, can't stand it when they just get the take down then have a cuddle for 2 minutes to catch their breath, very ghey

That was the plan and is always what happens with the Coaches. However as per earlier posts Rampage is playing BA in the upcoming A Team film so will be focusing on that and retired from MMA. Im not sure if filming is at the same time as the proposed fight or what. Im sure when Rashad starts mouthing off then Rampages' pride will take over and something will get sorted. He certainly is a character and one of the most entertaining coaches.
