I was expecting to go to benidorm but when I went to book it tonight it had went up by £200. Has anyone got any good recomendations on where to go ?? I need to fly on the 28/29th august and I'm just after a cheap one week holiday. They were quoting me £1100 for one week half board in benidorm If I'm paying that price I would rather pay £2k all inclusive and have a week in the carribean.

2 weeks in a massive very private villa in Majorca with a ginormouse pool and very secluded for 3 people. £1,100 and that is including flights, cant wait to go

I;m in Phuket -Patong at the moment -weather superb and accommodation off season rates.
Paying bht 2000/night for great apartment over looking ocean .
Great food ,beach lovely, safe, a bit seedy though.

I hate other people on holiday, i hate sharing anything, pool water air space you name it i hate it

And fat shirtless and British people are disgusting on holiday



I am currently looking for a villa type holiday for December. I have tried Thailand, Seychelles, Caymans etc but i cant find anything that resembles private and pretty. Most places are not safe to stay unless you are in a resort. I am getting frustrated now

Aaaah I know what you mean there. Thats why when we go Florida its always the same house as we know its almost sterile lol.
And a little way away from the main tourist strip, so not stuck with Brits with screaming kids either lol.

How about the Maldives? Depending on budget. Can get some very private places there.

I have looked but cant seem to find anything i like. My ikkle dog is expecting so i thought i would use the cash for a quality holiday. Most of the villas are within a resort and in Jamaica you have 'staff' of your own. I even looked at Argentine as the weather is good but i think Dracula decorated the properties

I just want to be left alone to get my bits and bobs out in private

I have found the most beautiful place in the Maldives for nearly £5000. Its a waste of money but...... I will have to wait to see how many puppies my little girl has
