Energy FM is superb, I listen to it all day at work. You may find two stations with the same name, the other is crap.

Gaydar radio. 8pm - 11pm, lastest dance, music. Ignore the gay focus, tremendous music. I record it every night, each week buring it to a cd, listening to it in the car to and from work.
I also record BBC radio 1, judge jules / floor fillers.
