Angry Weather............I give up!

Doing some minor jobs on the Scoob last night, wife calls me in for a meal at around 6pm. Bright sunshine.

Finished tea, and a few glasses of wine, so I thought, "Let's have a look what the weather is going to do tomorrow and I'll maybe do it then".

Checked, the MetOffice say dry and bright with scattered cloud until around 4pm here.

So I leave it. I should have known better...........it's now raining and the MetOffice NOWcast, (I refuse to call it a forecast), has been changed to show.........you guessed it, heavy rain all day.

What a bunch of clowns Talk about getting money under false pretences.

If they just admitted that it is an unstable NW airstream and difficult to forecast for, and just said correctly there was a likelihood of showers, then we would know where we are at.

Tell me about it, today was supposed to be the better of the weekend. Its raining, and I need to go get sight marks for next week and want to escape the sound of the washing machine.

That's exactly what I think too, rather than the quite worthless predictions that they usually make.

Put the hammock up a few weeks back, that was the kiss of death to the weather last year so could be my fault too

Got two days out of our paddling pool - unused for two weeks now.

Considering a late getaway. SW seems to be copping it the worst.
