That looked too fast right from the first shot on the approach. Can't believe he continued right down to an impossibly late touchdown like that. He was still too fast as he actually touched down with so little distance left and no significant overshoot area.

Is it me or is that not an ideal location to put a runway? Right after a hill and then before some water??

You are not actually expected to arrive at the threshold high and at least 20 knots fast and accept touchdown 3/4 of the way along the runway. Usually better to overshoot and try again.
Water is better than trees though.
