OMG, a mahoosive spider just FELL ON ME!!!!!!
Just as I was typing, something bounced off my left shoulder, dropped onto the notepad I keep next to the phone and ran across the desk, making horrid scuttling noises on the paers
When I looked it was a large spider..............
I's now gone behind the desk. I shall have to investigate and squish it...........

OK, OK, it wasn't THAT big
But when one FALLS on you, and you FEEL IT HIT, and then HEAR it scrabbling on paper, then see how fast the b*gger runs, it sort of gives you a "fawn trouser moment", you know, not QUITE brown, but nearly there

My missis nearly knocked out innocent shoppers once when she thought a spider was in her shoe. Kicked her shoe off went whizzing past my head and continued another 10ft whilst screaming.
I locked her up under the stairs for 12 hours to teach her a lesson
