Spider - seeing as no info is actually provided on how to retrieve the portion on undeclared income unless your name, address and current company is entered into the form - perhaps it could be a sourcing scam for an agency or similar?
The only legal way round IR35 is to have a compliant role!! The rest is just tax evasion!

Hi folks,
Just got an email from a fellow contractor re a new group that claim to get you round IR35 legally (I know, I know, I'm as sceptical as the rest of you when I hear that).
Just wondered if anyone has used these guys yet:

Seen a couple of these scheme, and I don't think it would make a great difference to me personally as I don't earn £100k + contracting and drive 25k business miles pa but I believe one such scheme involved investing money on foreign currencies, all seem a little be dubious to me, and I am naturally untrusting of any service which doesn't allow me full control of my money.

Have not found a scheme that is 100%.
The best way is to conform with IR35 this can be acheived by a number of ways but yoy have to take the rough with the smooth.
The basic problem was that a number of people were taking all out of a company by way of dividends and therefore did not pay DHSS.
All the best,
