Cant sit down on the floor with my legs crossed (not that I find much reason to do that nowadays) or my right knee will painfully dislocate, woohoo!!
Also can't go out on a mindless drinking binge without paying for it for 3 days.
Oh, and I appear to have lost the ability to hear anything that anyone says to me in a noisy club.

Go out on a Friday night. I'm usually that knackered after a week at work that i'm falling asleep by 9.30!
My knee's knackered too and i'm only 29!
I agree with the drinking comments, the hangovers last for ages now! I feel past it already

now I'm in my 30's I don't really feel any different to when I was in my 20's, just need a bit more sleep. I've been going to the gym since I was 20 so I put feeling good now down to that.
I certainly can't go out on the drink like I used to & I can't stay up to the wee hours any more without paying the price for the next few days

I can't kneel down for more than a minute or two, if I sit on a hard seat, like a kitchen chair, for more than 20 minutes I loose all feeling in my legs, my liver has gone on strike so no more beer monstering and my back is knackered. Apart from that I'm fine for a fat, unfit 44, nearly 45 year old. (Ignoring the gout and hypertension!)
