I bought a Sky dish from ebay and ive put it up on the wall outside, the first problem i noticed is my television aerial won`t fit on the connectors which are on this dish, they look a bit different.

Anyway, where there's a will there's a way. After a bit of jiggling about i managed to wedge the tv aerial on it so its a nice tight fit, i plugged the other end of the aerial into the tv but i can`t get a thing.

Ive lost BBC1 and BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 now, can anyone help here as i`m at witts end, everything seems to be plugged in ok as ive double checked.

Try replacing the dish with a dustbin lid. If you get a good picture then you know it is a duff dish HTH.
