While I agree that it's harsh on him, when you donate any organ you relinquish all ownership of it, so you have to be pretty sure of the person you're giving it to.

In English law you cannot "give" a part of your body so you could ask for it back if you were desperate LOL
It's a bit different if you are dead though because then you can't ask for it back unless you use some sort of ouija board or spiritual medium

Doesn't surprise me at all that he's asking for it back, Yes she cheated etc etc etc, the list could go on but I do think it is harsh asking for his kidney back.
Then again when my Sister-In-Law was going through her divorce her husband said he wanted her to get the fake ***** out that he paid for or give him the money
I had to laugh, at the end of the day neither happened though.
