Why is everything so difficult !!!!!!!

I think i'm gonna go mental in a minute
Have spent majority of this morning on the phone trying to sort out internet orders.
First I ordered a new oven online on Saturday, said it was in stock and I would have delivery within 5 working days. Brilliant I thought that would be spot on for the weekend etc..... Then get an email this morning. "Sorry this item is out of stock, we are expecting stock within 14 days". So I phone them up to make sure this is 100%, but they said we cannot guarantee as it is the Christmas period etc. So I said well cancel the order and refund my card please . Sorry sir this process will take 2 days 2days ????? But I need to order an oven today to replace your f*ck up. "Sorry sir", So phone bank to increase overdraft so I can order the oven. Job done
Then order the wifes prezzie. Get a phone call from supplier. "Sorry sir the order has been declined. We have tried it 3 times" So I phone the bank to find out what is going on. The Bank says " we have authorised this payment this morning but then they have tried to put it through another 2 times and it has been declined due to insufficient funds. "No **** I say" Apparently I need to go back to supplier and give them an Auth code for them to claim their money back. So phone them up "Sorry sir, no payment has been authorised its been declined everytime."
"But the bank says it has and you need this auth code."
"No, if it went through we wouldn't need the auth code ?"
"Well thats what the bank said"
"Sorry sir you will have to speak to the bank again"
So phone the bank to tell them to cancel the transaction I'll order somewhere else "Sorry we can't cancel this transaction, the supplier has to do it their end"
Arrrrrrgggggghhhhhh
