If it clings to the bottom of a boat, leave it there.
I do love the Floyd/Stein school of cooking, fry any old random sh1te from the sea in Garlic, Butter, Chilli and Ginger and it is delicious, basically it just masks the taste of nasty sewage outlet dweller with Garlic, Chilli, butter and Ginger.
Anything slimy and salty you swallow without tasting cant be great can it....

I absolutely love any seafood 
Though last night at the pub I had the munchies and spotted various delights hanging up behind the bar like Nobby's nuts and Pork Scratchings. Next to them were bags of cockles so I had some of them thinking they would be dry. But oh no, they were in bags of vinegar !!!
Very odd but tasted lovely. The look on the faces of the people around me made me feel slightly on my own though
