stayed in the village hotel last night in hull and got up pretty early to discover a great swimming pool and gym to be used at my leisure .......followed by a help yourself english breakfast and i mean help yourself .

what i wanted to know if anyone is a member at any of The villages fitness clubs just wanted to know how much they cost monthly as i forgot to ask

im a member of one in Liverpool, its £50 for a anytime membership but i get corperate discount so i pay £42. there is also an off peak one of about £36 i think it may be a bit more though. you also get offers and discounts on the hotels around the country so if you always travel it may come in handy

thanks i think im going to go about 6.30 as thats the time it opens and ill get an hour in before i start work so maybe that is off peak

i think that is classed as peak to be honest, its open 6.30-11pm/

i think off peak is 9-4

They just opened one on A41 here in Bushey, Herts, very plush

was one of the best hotels ive stayed in even had a 37" lcd and they even did a 12 ounce steak for £19.95
but £75 for the night id of thought id of got the steak free

gym members usually get rooms for about £50 plus we get dicount on the food upto 25% i think

Stayed at the one in Cardiff quite regularly in the past until I managed to bag the same 80 quid a night rate at the Vale Resort down the road in Hensol. The Village was very good for the money, nice rooms and lots of leisure facilities.

But not as good as the Vale (free golf.....)
