Attend a Manchester United football match or simiar event that will be televised. Preferably live.

At the point at which you know the cameras will be trained on a certain point - like kick off, or the wicket of the batsman or such like - Run on to the pitch masterbating furiously and jizz all over the first player you see.

THis will mean that not a single steward will come anywhere near you for fear of coming away looking like a plasterers radio, buying you the time to remove your coat and display the t-shirt you are wearong saying "<insert name here> contact me on xxx-xxxxx"

For extra effect you could have this message tattood rather than on a tshirt.
