This guy has just cost us some more money

yup, he will never want a job. As soon as he ever got one he would lose everything he earned in child support.
I wonder where the future will take us. Currently chavs simply out breed the decent people in this land. If we are not already a nation of morons, I fear we are soon to be.
Maybe all babies will be neutered at birth, only when you have a job and a license to breed is that situation revered. I don't see a party proposing that get many votes mind
