Can anyone suggest and decent places to eat first then get smashed afterwards near avenue louise?

Looking for decent bars and any places I can buy a really good steak.

I am going to be making frequent trips out there and would like to have some decent places as pit stops.

Ten years since I was there, but there used to be a lot of nice restaurants in Uccle, down the other end of Av Louise. Loads of good eateries in Bxl generally, just don't expect your steak to be well done. The Belgians like the blood still showing.
