Cool Autotrader show on Discovery channel

Saw this show for the first time last night and thought it was not a bad effort of a car show. Despite the obvious 'Auto Trader' advertising in the title and the presence of Mike Brewer the show seems non the worse. Worth a heads up for car disenchanted Top Gear viewers.

Shock horror, a car show that's actually stuffed with 'normal' cars and not medalilon man wet dreams on wheels. The format being only 30 mins feels a bit squeezed but there's not much poncing about. Discovery turbo channel if anyone is interested.

Ditto above, loved the one about the old Capri recently. Also the wife as an MX-5 so picked up some quality tips on that one too

That'll be wheeler dealers. The older ones were better - 205 Gti, Saab 900 Turbo, Lancia Integrale, BMW 635 CSI, Golf Gti Mark 1....

Recent ones have been mainly crap with the likes of a corvette and an old Jeep Wrangler.

Yeah, he ended up buying another 635 to get the leather interior from it and a set of original alloys. The second car cost him less than it would have to buy the bits separately

There was also the Suzuki Jeep (SJ410 or SJ413) that they spent a lot of money on, and had to sell for peanuts as it wouldn't pass the MOT!!!
