Default Anyone been on this website?

Got a phone call of a very nice lady who has sold me a banner for £10 a month.(which is penuts compared to what some places want)
Has major firms such as virgin advertising on there so can't be bad.
Plus they donate a share to charity which is always good.

Have i done the right thing and how many of you would of signed up?

Problem is, apart from the novelty value, there's no reason to visit the site, and hence I'd imagine the volume of traffic would be much lower than that found by, say, banner advertisers on Scoobynet.

Still, it probably pays off the students overdraft and stops them having to get a job and do some real work

Agree with SWRTWannabe - no point advertising where no-one's looking.

Plus I smell a bit of sharp practice - "help raise one million", to me, suggests it's 100% charity, when infact "help make me rich and I'll give a small fraction away to charridee" would be more honest.

£8 quid of your £10 goes into the pocket of the guy who started it! so I am sure he thinks its the best thing now that people are giving him money! I think the title has been chosen to make you think it is all going to charity.

I see he doesn't have a visitor number count. I wonder why

Personally I wouldn't pay £1 per month to the greedy sod

It is one hell of a con. Raise a million, don't give much of it away, and also charge advertisers all the time

Also, just because someone "appears" to have an advert there does not mean that they have paid, or even given permission for their advertising to appear.
