Default How much would you pay for a 50" Plasma?

A friend has a couple. They're unbranded, been used for about an hour, 1yr warranty, 2xHDMI, no freeview, speakers.

He's wanting £750+VAT. Could i make some money on them?
Don't want one myself as i doubt it would better the Viera.

There seem to be ones on ebay for about £1k.

Struggle to make money on it. £750 + VAT is still just shy of £900 so Id say forget it. Can get a Sony Bravia 55" RPLCD which suprisingly looks good for £999 from Makros

OK, so it's not such a good deal. If i bought all 5, i could get them for £630 + VAT and it includes a wall-bracket.

Worth it now?

PS. He supplies office & shops. So they've not scratches from falling off the van.
