i need to get to italy within the next 5 weeks but i have lost my passport and it may be out of date anyway.
are there passports i can get hold of asap like a temporary one.

you can get one very quickly if you go down and pick it up in person so im told!

Got new sent thro in couple of weeks, just before xmas this was too ..

you will need someone to sign for it mind - mine spent the next 2 weks with the couriers..

Urgent applications are easy peasy if you need one. I think it's an extra ~£40 on top of the normal renewal price and is better done with an appointment as opposed to turning up on spec.
Get to the website and check out the info on there... You wont have a problem at this time of year...

The out-laws sent theirs off last wednesday, and had new ones delivered 11am last Saturday - 3 days turnaround!
