Yes I enjoyed watching that. We used to do all sorts of tricks with + and - G too. It was fun sometimes to do a slow roll with a fly or bee in the cockpit when it was flying around, They used to get totally confused how to land again.

The same reason you don’t fly to the back of the train if you jump in the air...
Because you are in a sealed environment there's no air pushing you back, you would however shoot backwards if the train/car was accelerating quickly when you were in the air....
I asked my dad this same question....I was 10 tho
