Should be able to provide you with as much unpasterised milk as you'd like.

Is Scotland too far for you ?

Got pals that makes cheese from un-pasteruised milk - They use a local farm on royal deeside - not sure if distribution would be an Issue ?

i thought unpasteurized milk was full of germs/bacteria and things?

Done that as a young kid many years ago. TBH it is refreshing seeing someone actively seeking out unpasteurised milk as the UHT treatment kills a lot of the goodness. Couple this with the majority of cream being 'creamed off' and what we get in shops is a pint of water with a little nutrition. Milk from a cow/goat/buffalo that has given birth recently is probably the most nutrient rich food available.
