Thumbs up FIREWORKS!

Anyone having a fireworks party this year. We are with about 40 ppl coming around. Spent quite a few ££££ on them this year. Shouldnt get any problems with the neighbours either as theyre all coming around as well as last years display was so impressive

around thirty people coming round to mine Sat night; everyone has promised to spend at least £20 on fireworks (bringing beer too of course), and I've got two mixed £80 boxes to kick off the fun...lets see how long it takes to get closed down this year

We used to budget £50 for each set of friends going to a party and I always went to an awesome shop in Long Eaton. In the end everyone told me to get their £50 worth and just make sure I included <insert name of favourite firework here>

As I was spending so much with them as a member of the publc I always got extras chucked in the box as I walking out the door as well The odd 'we're not sure what this one does but it should be good' kind of firework as well!

Miss those parties - they were always a laugh for me and one mate who took control of the display - which consisted of one of us sorting and the other lighting... we got to the stage of tying several fuses together and pegging it when we wanted a short break

Then there was the broken fuse on the 168 shot repeater thing... Mark (my mate) ultimately inserted a lit sparkler into the hole where the fuse went (it had fizzled out several times... don't ask) and we hit the deck. It was meant to fire 168 shots one after the other, but the whole damn thing went off like a bomb with all 168 firing at once. Smoke, screams, stunned silence... me and mark laughing like drains.
