Come on - who watched it then?

I did, never seen it before & i gotta admit it is a pretty good film

Couldnt be bothered its such a long film and interrupted by so called News saw little bits of it but then watched Prison Break Series 2 Episode 7 instead

It is a good film though

the tradition still exisist to some extent, another case of america trying to impose its beliefs and will on another country. all though through history they arn't the only one, england has done its fair share

That's not my point, it's just typical Hollywood that it takes an American to save the world, wherever, whenever, whatever. You wouldn't see Cruise getting machine-gunned and Watanabe making the presentation, that's all. I thought the rest was great, just the last bit spoiled it for me.

u571 made me larf, they made it out to be the biggest thing ever that they got the enigma machine from the sub, yet british ship got it year before lol

The British already had an an Enigma - the Poles had supplied it just before WW2 started (not to mention that it was commercially available for several years). The valuable bit was the books of rotor and plug settings that came with it.
