Default Tyres

Can someone recommend a decent make of tyres.

Im due to new front set, im currently using Pirelli p zero rosso, but they are to expensive. Im looking for something i little cheaper.

I dont knowa lot about tyres, hence this thread.

They will used on a Seat Leon Cupra R.

Cheers Adam

I must be the only person who does not rate Proxes!!!! i swear my Eagle F1's gripped better - although i maybe wrong

Proxes seem a bit lacking in ultimate grip to me

P Zero Nero's are cheaper and very nice. Dunno if they are available for your tyre size though.

My Scoob's got Firestones on, they may not be as grippy as any of the above, but they're good enough for me, and they aren't half lasting well

Depends if you want a tyre thats good in the wet as well as dry.

My favourites (in order)

Michelin Pilot Sports
Contisports 3
Yoko Parada spec 2 (trade prices are very very cheap for these, so haggle on retail)
Michelin Pilot Exalto
Good Year GSD3
Dunlop SP9000

Somebody on here keep ranting about Vredesteins, can't find them for a good price for love nor money though.

http://www.blackcircles.com/order

try here, cheapest place i know

but remember the tyre is the only thing connecting your car to the ground, even the best suspension and brakes cant over come the laws of physics,

cheap tyres are cheap for reason!
