All this talk of hd plasma's and lcd
Hi guys,
I was going to buy an HD lcd or plasma next weekend but it won't be used for watching any tv it will only be going in my computer room to be hooked up with the pc and my xbox 360 (which plays games etc in high def) now bearing in mind that i'll not be watching any sky/cable etc what would be better from a performance point of view as i've heard that plasma has a better "flow" than lcd but my current lcd monitor that i use for both is doing ok but that could be where it is only 19"?
Anyway i'm only looking to spend 1k does anyone have any ideas as to what would be better suited?
Only want a max of 32" really?
Cheers
Martin

if you are using only for PC and X Box go for something failry cheap.
Invest a couple of quid in a magazine dedicated to home cinema and use their advice, rather than listen to the like of **** Lewis

Hd Plasma All the way!!! I had a 37" hd LCD and Ended up changing it for a 37" hd Plasma and it is much better. Xbox 360 is quality on it you cant go wrong. Panasonic Viera.
Never wait for the PS3 Coz you might be able to get the xbox360 2 by then and this has probably aint been designed yet!!!!! Ha ha ha

Well it's either going to be this one (even though it is a little more than i wanted to spend really £1300 but i did have a budget of 2k but was talked out of spending that much on a "play" tv lol)

Or this one which once again smashes my budget a little lol

If I was in the market for a plasma then Panasonic or Pioneer are the only options for me Im afraid although Im sure there is a wider range of LCDs but Im not a fan of them having seen a few in action.
