transplants, rammstein, especially adios whilst doing weighted sit-ups...pushes you on...! maybe 'goodluck' Basement Jaxx, foreigner-used to train to this in prep for competitions, so fond memories! It depends on how you train as well as music choice, no use suggesting things that are quicker/slower than is comfortable for your personal preferences-although you could adjust them to fit your sets and rests.

I always try and get into a daydream when running, hence the 80's style stadium rock always does good as in my dream state I'm making the female filled audience go wild ....or some catchy chorus'd rock song which keeps the beat going....deffo need to be in that dream state.

Marilyn Manson - Antichrist Superstar You'll soon get fit running and keeping up with Beautiful People !!!
There was report in a weekend paper a while ago about best music for the gym whether you liked rock, r&b or classical and they had them divided up by beats per minute so you could tailor music to aerobic / weights etc. It was probably the Mail on Sunday, Sunday Times or Saturday Telegraph that I saw it in
