Any employment & finance people on here?
I recieved my P45 from my old employer last week, and didnt pay it much attention, apart from hand it into my new employer...
however looking at it yesterday, the figure it states i earnt is significantly lower than what i should have earnt.
however because they cocked up my wages last month, i didnt have a payslip to check back what was on there, likewise this month!!
I recieved my payslip today, and they have ommited to pay me 5 weeks overtime, about 1.2K in total. How can i get this paid to me now they have submitted my P45?? will they have to give me another p45, thats assuming they cough up, or is it a likley to be a battle to get the money owed?

ive just had an informal chat with a friend who looks after hr side of another company who also do the wages for my company.
she virtually said the same, and added a few handy hints
