isle of wight scooter rally
anyone else go?
fri - rear puncture at the a3/m25 roundabout (saw a few scoobs heading down the a3 while i was waiting for the aa), borrowed an extension bar for my tool kit from kwik fit in portsmouth (thanks guys!) and changed my inner tube, ran out of petrol in ryde (half way up a very steep hill) and lost my gloves.
mon - bag caught fire on my exhaust on the m25, so had to call the aa again.
other than that, a great weekend!

I was at Bembridge for the weekend. The procession was amazing, we were watching it go buy for about an hour.
There were some pretty pi$$ed off drivers trying to get out of the T junctions!!
Anyone know how many were there. I went from Winchester to Oxford and back on Friday and must have seen a couple of hundred headed south.

i know a few tv's.
good luck with the resto. i'm more into treh ts side of things and the rally scene than restorations, but can appreciate the work that goes into them. mine is ready for a respray in the spring i think. certainly won't be "original" though!
