Default Neighbourhood change

As with a lot of the country, many of the houses on our newish estate are now rented.Occupiers change pretty often.

It was a nice estate with 2,3 and 4 bed houses about ten yrs old.It is a nice area and the occupiers all used to be fine. Most have now left.

In the last few months it has changed dramatically.A few grotty families I am sure have been 'placed'.Might be wrong.Still though,it's now like living on a poor estate.None of them stay in their own gardens when its sunny. They all pile out the front.Flipping chaos.Cars, kids, loud music

Quiet cul de sac to flippin coronation street

Leaving asap.Wouldn't surprise me if the council had bought a couple to rehouse people who have been repossessed. Here, have a nice house after you peed the last one up the wall.Go and live by the people who pay all your benefits

People in civilised countries like to spend time 'out front' as you put it. It gives them the chance to socialise with their neighbours and be part of a community.

Still seems pretty rich that you live on a new build estate in a shoebox house and are complaining about the class of people living there.

in newish developments a certain percentage are allocated to the council (we have sovereign housing here) that make affordable housing for public sector workers like teachers or policeman

mind you 99.99999% are allocated to single parent mums with 6 kids which all have different biological chav dads

the newish housing development then turns into little beiruit after 10 years with the usual suspects gathering between 4-8pm on each street corner or near the telephone box

the single parent woman frequently gets battered and you have old bill calling very few weeks 'if he can be arsed'

the well-to-do families must live side by side with this white genetic scum until they think sod it and move elsewhere

the motto of the story is dont move to new developments....one bad apple turns them into scumsville

rabid...you know nothing..go back to your white middle class utopia in your 'old rectory' playing croquet on a saturday afternoon whilst sipping pimms

Lord Shrek.....you remember brookside?...full of scum????? case dismissed

I know how you feel. My street used to be very quiet etc, then the neighbours moved to Saudi (RAF). Ever since then we have had nothing but **** neighbours for 10 years, now its been rented by a single mum, erm taxpayers money me thinks. Then we have got a chav over the road in a bloomin Saxo, boom boom all the time.
I`m sorry for the rant, but its about time this country got some clout behind it and did something about it. Even petrol prices

maybe you should be hosting a dinner night tonight with all your high rolling friends in your large country mansion, instead of posting such crap all the time

must admit, there was an apartment in a block that joins our block that has been available to let for a very long time, nobody wanted it with it being right next to the bin sheds

i was very surprised to see a collection of "clampits" move in

late 30`s **** trying to keep it real in velvet tracksuits and a "bouncer" B/F, i found out this bloke was a bouncer through a customer whole told me they had just moved from next door to him and they were a complete nightmare (he helped him move and saw my car outside)

now i am thinking this bouncer must work some crap doors somewhere, he is not that big TBH, not even that scary looking, so i assume his wage is next to nothing, from what we can tell, the velvet **** does not work, so how can they afford to live in the area

they don't even have a car

at first nothing really changed, then a fooken rabbit hutch appeared in the communal garden

then we saw them hanging there laundry out on the fence outside
now they have put up a washing line from there window to a fence outside

i can pretty much guarantee that if i look out my bedroom window at any given time, they will normally be sitting outside at the communal entrance smoking cigarettes and throwing the dumpers on the floor
i feel sorry for the people who live in that block tbh, the clampits don't put there bin bags in the bin, they throw them out the kitchen window and if they dont go near, they normally move them after a few days

a family in the block left not long after, put there apartment up for rent, clampits mates moved in

typical chav style with screaming bird and a bloke who suspiciously does not seam to work but does lots of errands in his car all day long

hehe very funny stickymicky..you have described the stereotypical 'trisha' family that seem to plague our lands

and you are right to call them scum

the epidemic of white inbred trash is the next civil war this country is going to face

we will fight them on their 'fly the st georges flag from an upstairs window and have the tv on all day' council estates

we will fight them in their 'go for day out with pram and fat ugly mate who is 7 months up the duff ' shopping centres

we will fight them in their 'go-large happy meal for the already obese mutant kid' mcdonalds

they breed like rabbits so multiply at an alarming rate

phrases such as 'i love me kids to death' and 'id do owt for my kids' are commonplace amongst such genetic mutations who ironically let their little freak shows wonder the streets at the ages of 2 or 3 pushing their next deformed offspring around

Lord Shrek....Tony Blair might tell you it is wonderful living next door to the clampits...i dont....they are scum
