We cant even get a car in our garage its such a pigsty! And last week hubby spilt a tin of paint over the floor, and thought it a good idea to pour cat litter on to soak it up, needless to say we now havea very interesting 'textured' floor in there!

When we first moved into our house, I managed to get my car into the attached garage for a full 3 days, before MrsD said I had to get that piece of junk out of her utility room

I could in my old house, though i cheated a little
I changed the original garage that was part of the house into a sitting room & built a decent garage out the back that could take my car quite easily.
Its were my 330d cab slept most of the time.
Will have a double garage with room above in the new house, so should get my car in no probs

Mine has auto lighting when the door opens, mountain bikes mounted on the walls, generator in the corner that can back feed the house and roof bars and cycle carriers suspended from the roof.
I've had a few tins of floor paint to do the floor for a few years but haven't got round to it yet.
I keep it tidy and the car goes in every night.
Cheers

Mines got a flooring of foam interlocking tiles, sort of like the stuff camping mats are made from. Got it from Costco at about 8 quid a pack of 6 2' x 2' interlocking tiles. Dead comfy underfoot and will be handy for lying on whilst under cars
Same stuff that's available here.
Walls and ceilings painted white with masonry paint

You should have seen the mess it was in whilst preparing the missus' race car!
So much so, we upped sticks and moved house. Our new place has a double garage that some kind soul had already painted for us!
