not declared SORN...!!!
fooking money grabbing dvla have just slapped me with a 40 quid fine for not declaring my bike off the road...
yeah alright i forgot, but ive bloody sorned the thing for the past 3 years, youd think theyd get the message as no excise licence has been applied for this time round either...!!!
anyone know a way round it...preferably without paying the flinking fine...?!

Kick up a stink an insist you sent it. I hate the usless incompetent dvla wnakers with a vengance. I recently got a letter thanking me for notifying them that I was no longer the registered keeper of the vehicle I sold.
