race car insurance?
Evening gents,
Im looking for some advice on insuring a pretty full on track car. the car in question is a modified blob and at this point im almost £3k a year with adrian flux - all mods declared. The Problem is that this month ill be adding a roll cage and a few other pieces thats sure to shoot the price up past what im willing to pay to keep it on the road. The only reason its on the road is i dont have access to a trailer or tow vehicle so its handy for driving to and from the track.
can anyone recommend a good alternative or does anyone know of a specialist sort of cover that would cover going to and from track / race events only?

If you wanted to PM me your details and what sort of modifications you are looking at I'd be happy to take a look at it for you. Hopefully if you already have a number of modifications disclosed the additions won't make too much of a difference.
Regards,
Dan.

Try REIS or Competiton car insurance , I insure my WRC car with REIS , agreed value £70k , 3000 road miles per year , fully comp protected and it costs me £500 a year
I don't expect to get cover for any where near £500. For me the limit is around the 3k mark. Any more and I deem it financialy unjustifiable as I'm just a normal young lad with a normal salary who wants to do some racing. Got to pay bills first unfortunately
