Default Cheap MG Rovers???

So when they going to sell off all these stock pilled rovers... would be nice to have a MG ZT V8 as a daily driver to save the scoob's mileage

Is that one of those massive RWD things?
If they are that cheap I might get one too.

Go visit your local Rover dealer and have a chat with them.

Glass's guide is showing a 10% drop in price for MGR's but will probably fall further. Pre reg stuff was already selling dirt cheap so the current deals are nothing special.

Don't get hopefull after seeing the cars in the papers, the holding compounds shown the press are full of used fleet stuff as well as new. Ford, Vauxhall and VAG all have more cars on stock than MGR.

Best deals are going to be had when dealers are going under and need cashflow to keep the buisness going.

The sell off has allready started.

Catapillar who handled all of mg,s spares storage and distribution has done a deal, and now want to know who owns what tooling,

they will be contacting us shortly to discuss future sales options...

(usual price down sh*t)

this is where they find out that a lot of the tooling isnt or was mg,s

and watch the fun start

From another BBS re the ZT-V8....

I am sorry for the rest of the world that this experience isnt out there for everyione. But Jeez guys If you are a car enthusiast this car is a life experience. A bunch of bonkers Brummies screwed together a factory hot-rod in the dying days of the BL empire. it is TOTALLY non sensible. profit losing, environmentally bad, economically disaterous. BUT JUST FANTASTIC!!

There nust isnt a car buying/ownership experience like it, unless you go to Bristol Motors or Jensen arrise from the dead. Perhaps if TVR made a four door...

Surely the ZT V8 is one of the few MGR cars that people would want. Demand will be (relatively) high so prices will not drop as far as for the normal MGR's.
