Don't speed then you won't need one.

You asked for recommendations, I gave you one. If you were expecting such a response that would imply it would be a popular suggestion.
Take the advice.

We'll let you know when you can climb off your high horse

molko - don't know anything about this one - this is damn ugly though! Origin and Road Angel have a deserved reputation as market leaders. Whether this is any better would really come down to the quality of the database they are using - something that Road Angel have always been well known for, so make your choice. Also the laser jammer modules they mention will be probably be illegal soon. They don't make it very clear whether these will be optional modules or built in later on models.

Doesn't look much kop to me, anyone who claims (ina weak sense) to be using militry type technology like it's something new doesn't get my vote. They all use this, the database updates are the key thing - free for life, but worthless - so what's the point

I use TomTom3 and checkpoint

Is that aimed at me?
Because I advised somebody not to break the law? How patronising of you. I'm glad to see you respect the law of the land. With such moral values it's no shock to see the country in the state it's in.

Just get a laser blocker/jammer, either way your going to speed so you might as well. Cost £299 and about £50 to fit.
Ding-dang-do.
PS: Only jerks speed in 30, 40 zones where it is dangerous. Knock your self on the m'way under suitable conditions etc
