Just after Xmas my son had his Astra van vandilised, The guy was in Luton crown court today, and guess what he walked out a free man, what the **** is this world coming too, these scum have been vandilising up too 10 cars a night, when they done my sons van they did over £8,000 worth of damage, His sticks his bird up the spout and the judge says he should be able to look after his unborn child when it is born, He has to kick his drug habit and carry on with his life, Why the **** should he walk free He and 3 others have caused havoc and they get away with it The justice system in this ******* country stinks.

Yes, stink it does, but your and my opinion don't count.
You have now seen this country's Criminal "Justice" System in action.
As far as the State is concerned most of us are only here to pay the taxes to fund this total farce.

I do sympathise with you.
I won't go in to detail but my friend ended up with a broken arm, we went to court and they jury couldn't decide who was telling the truth, so no verdict. We were asked to go to court again for another try, stupidly we agreed as we were angry as we had done nothing wrong and this time we lost.

I have no faith in the CPS and don't think I will ever be a witness for anything again.

It just proves the innocent get punished

We blame the police, the police blame the CPS, the CPS blame the magistrates, the magistrates blame government and the Crown Courts, the Crown Courts blame government....................

And guess which government will get in AGAIN in May?

I have to be honest guys the police wanted to nail these scum because of the havoc they have caused, apprantly they had been after them for months, and when the scum bag was caught he was caught as a passenger in a stolen car Never mind justice will prival one day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gutted for you Colin, like someone said, pitty he was'nt speeding, he would have then gone down for years! I am sure that he will get his just deserts soon enough though, scrots like that deserve it.
