O2 X4 Query

Someone I know is looking for a new phone/contract. The O2 online tarrifs seem to be the best for the budget - £25 - 50mins anytime and 500texts. The phone must be free and the one which catches the eye is the O2 X4. 1.3meg camera with flash, 3G, 2x64k colour screens, video, bluetooth etc. etc.

Just wondering if anyone has this phone and if they'd recommend/condemn it.
