Regarding the reason for them being there....its no reason to treat them like this..there are procedures that need to be followed and they have conveniently chosen to ignore them....this is very dangerous as we are not setting the right example here...it will only preach more hatred and give the extremists more reasons for their rebellion....
in reality it is probably a lot worse than what they are showing.

if they are willing to plot against others and look to kill people then they can do what they want to them imo !

Well said, and thats one BIG if.
Correction, many are there simply becuase the Northern Alliance were being paid by the Americans to round up "terrorists".
What they ended up doing was capturing anyone that looked remotely Arab purely to make money and engraciate themselves with the Americans.
