you still have to go through the legal loopholes - your just fixing the purchase price you'd go and look at the place first surely. You can walk away at any time.

Nooooooo, not at all. I just wondered if anyone had done it before or would do it. I was pretty surprised to come across property on there (I'm not an ebay expert) and thought you would have to be pretty damn stoopid to do it!

lol.. misses often scans though the yankys ebay page looking at expensive properties over there dreaming away.... its VERY popular. celebrity properties in beverly hills etc all for sale on ebay.
