As already mentioned, 'SMART' repairers like the one you mention are franchises & therefore the results can be very much down to the ability of the operative ......

Best advice would be speak to your local dealers & see who they use

What area are you in ?

he would but i took mine to the dealer cos i was having some work done (was my old astra sri in metalic black, he took out the dent my sister put in the door (grrrrrr) and polished out most of the car (worst scratches) and also patched up a deep down to the metal stone chip (this was only a cover up job cos it wasn't big just went down to the metal) and all that for £100, money well spent, for £200 he was patch up and sort out the alloys and polish out the whole car (before i bought my mcrae, then wrote it off lol) he did a top job.
Thats was in nottingham area, if you want his number i'll try and get hold of it, not sure how far he will travel, should think it will put up price a bit, where in country are you?

I was at my Local bodyshop today which my Scooby Dealer uses (Colour Technik here in carlisle) just to see how the STi sideskirts were getting on and they had a red legacy with silver bumpers which they were sorting out (non-scooby dealer) ...

Once the "chips away" repairs had been pointed they were so obvious !!!!!!!!! I'd allways go to a bodyshop with real paint, two pack lacquer, heated spray booth thingy
etc. etc

I have used chipsaway twice on my car and very impressed with results, any minor scratches or imperfections are so well done you will never probably see where orginal marks were, I can recommend the franchise held in Kidderminster at least.
