what do you guys think of this turbo on stock internals ??

2003 sti non dccd with avcs heads

emailed the site and they reccomended the TD06 20g 2.25" is that not huge ??

Also looks like a descent price if the quality is good

 

Stick with a TD05 on a 2.0, TD06 would be too laggy.

No experience of that brand though.

 

I was always told on a 2ltr with depending on surporting mods that
tdo5 16g was good for 330 to 340 bhp
tdo5 18g 340 to 360ish bhp and
tdo5 20g 360bhp to 400ish at push again depends on your spec and mods my 16g was a good 330bhp

just lately I seen better power results from 16g than vf35`s

 

Just looks like a re branded Chinese turbo with a different compressor housing, similar to the kinugawa ones. I dare say it's good enough, if a bit dear.

I wouldn't put TD06 on 2.0L,those turbo should be better suited on 2.5L,I would rather go with SC42 or MDX321T
