Website that tells you sale price of any house?
Seen this advertised on tv. Its a www that tells you the actual sale price of any house in the UK. Anyone know the address?

That is a very good site, Mach1.
There was a site mentioned in the w/end paper which supposedly valued your property but after entering 3 difft North London addresses I found they didn't yet cover those areas - so pretty useless.

the average price in the area can also be valued on upmystreet. Can't remember is it's a co uk or a com - check it yourself!

Apparently nethouseprices was mentioned on the radio the other day (I think it might have even been in the independent radio news), and they've been swamped ever since.
I presume that normal service will resume...
