Recommend me some London hotels
Suitable for a tourist. Not scummy but not stupid expensive either.
Coworker asked me for recommendations but I haven't lived in London for a decade, and then I seldom stayed in hotels.
Suggestions? Thanks.

Loads of good weekend deals about. Try Marriott, got deals in 4+5* from £65 night B&B.

Thistle tower bridge is a nice hotel, decent location, hilton on park lane another nice one, depends how much they want to spend, this time of year its pretty good time to go, some deals to be had. A lot of the hotels are quiet, so you should get some nice cheap prices.

Stayed in the Chelsea Hilton few weeks back. Bit of a cab trip into town for shopping (10 mins £10ish) but great hotel......and bumped into Michael Cane while walking round the harbour at 1am with the mrs....he has a flat there.
