i was thinking that


its supposed to be 1tblsp vinega
i got the old vinegar out and its one of these ****ing swish swanky bottles tall and thin and it spilt every where. about 4tablespoons
stupid swanky bottles. what ever happened to the tops that make it dribble/ squirt when shook.

i was thinkin that. more jd, sugar, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, worster sauce, and vinegar.................. BOLLOX!

TGI Fridays.

alls well that ends well. Salmon with tatie wedges and jd sauce. the vinegar dissapeared in last few minutes on boil.

i used

1.5cups Brown soft sugar
0.5cupsJD
tsp salt
" pepper
tblsp worster sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 diced onion
4 cloves crushed garlic
tsp oil
tblsp vinegar.
3tblsp ketchup.


stir up and reduced to about 1/3rd

gorgeous

add some baking soda to neutralise the ethanoic acid!

LOL ajm, would the product taste any better? I've never tasted sodium ethanoate in a sauce.

LOL! Neither have I if I'm honest... but if it tasted foul at least the the resulting erupting frothy mess would make a wonderful centrepiece upon which the assembled dinner guests could marvel!
