Default Foreign exposure (financial, no nudity here!)

Say if I wanted some exposure in China or Russia, what's the best way to go about doing it. Can you invest in an index tracker as you can with the FTSE over here?

Yep, you can put it into a tracker fund, exactly the same as the FTSE.

Flemings, Jupiter, Foreign & Colonial all run actively managed funds in that part of the world. Get the FT tomorrow - that will give you a good idea of what's available, and each fund's ytd performance.
