Thats a real $hit Dazza. Hope they catch the git.
No idea about bikes but it looks a good one and maybe not that common, how much do they retail at ?
With the frame number etc alot of people who are in the know about bikes may not want to part with hard cash for a bike the police may recover one day. Try checking ebay everyday for it on there.
Good luck
David

Its not completely unrealistic to get the bike back mate.
Ages ago I sold, at the time, a really high end bike to a friend of mine. He left it unlocked in the small village near his home. By chance I was driving through the village and actually spotted the bike the same evening as when it was stolen. Within about 4 hours it had been dismantled, re-sprayed and put back together.
He got the bike back needless to say.
Good luck

Equally, someone in my street had their bike stolen from outside the station. Saw it a few weeks later subtly "modified" but it was definitely the same bike. Police were called, bloke was arrested, day in court, etc. and got the bike back, plus some expensive parts the new "owner" had added

Someone, somewhere, has got a nice bike for £50.
Said ****** got three bags for £50, a quick hit, a couple of hours sleep, and then off for his next theft.
**** isnt it......

Sorry to hear that Dazza, I have a KrakenSE they are superb bikes for the money.
Unfortunatly that makes them very popular, have a run out to Sherwood Pines or somewhere similar at a weekend and you will probably see another dozen or so Carrera Krakens.
I'll keep my eyes open for you as the 2004 model is easy to spot and it would be rare to see one for sale this early.
Cheers
