Has anybody any recommendations on a piece of software for learning Spanish? Id be looking at beginners level as the extent of my knowledge is literally just greetings, a few essential phrases, and ordering a selection of food and drinks.

hi, i've been looking it to this for a while, i've bought a few cds, the first one only had 20 numbers on,and 20 words in each subjet, so to get more you've got to buy the rest of the cds, but i thought for the amount on info on the first one, it was a total rip off,


i found a site which was free and the first few pages everything was spelled phonetically (is that right) which made it a lot easier, but after the third page everthing was in spanish so not much good in the end
good luck though i hope someone can recommend something good

Try "Spanish for Dummies", I have the French one and it's brilliant. Makes learning the lingo really interesting and easy. Honest.
