Gym & Fitness query
Does anyone know much about creatine supplements. I've been going to the gym for about a year and have made some gain but I'm still a pilk. Should I supplement my training with supplements?

posting this without your stats, training routine, diet etc etc is not going to get you particularly solid advice.. who knows what could possibly be wrong when u dont give the details of what you're doing?
re: creatine. it gives good strength gains if used correctly. some people are non-responders however. it results in a lot of water retention in most people... but usually a fair strength gain. tri-create salt is imo better than monohydrate.. but id say start off with monohydrate with front-loading and some kind of delivery system (dextrose is good for this).
for a proper reponse that will help u out, post up some more details about yourself.

ye creatine is ok, it all depends on how hard you train,if you train at an intense level your natural creatine level will not be meet, which is not helped by the fact that creatine reserves cannot be replenished during exercize.to build up your supplies you will need rest and creatine.
,the best thing you could ever do is eat the right foods but in todays world its not always possible.
a good supplement to try would be a high protein and a complex carbohydrate sort, but for that to also complinent the food you eat.
hope that helps abit
