Pharmaton Capsules
Anyone taken/taking these, can you feel the difference, i was thinking for £9 a pop, they must help something. Just popped me first one. 
It advises to only use for 4 weeks. !

Hello
It doesn't start to work until after 4 weeks. So the MINIMUM time you should give it is a couple of months.

cheers boxst - i was browsing the site, hadnt got to that bit yet, save me some time. 
I recognise all them symptoms and go to the gym 3 times a week already. ! hmmm.
