Would gess from the Caps it refers to the camera / electronics manufacturer Ricoh in Milan. If you still don't have an answer later when I get back I'll e-mail my mate in Rome

Hmmm,

I'm trying to set up a maintenence contract for a copier I sold to a company in Milan, I sent the customer details to Ricoh Italy and this is the reply I got.
I'm trying to work out if the contract has been set up or if it's just being passed around with no one actually doing anything.
